COVID-19 Operations and Response:

We want to be a resource for you, now and in the future, but we will never do so at the expense of anyone's health and wellbeing. We're actively monitoring emerging information on coronavirus transmission, and we have decided that the safest way to operate inclusively is by offering our clients the option of either Limited On-Site Appointments or Mobile No-Contact Fitting Service. The choice is entirely yours, and there is no fee for either service!

Limited On-Site Appointments


  • Grail will see customers in the shop by appointment only for the duration of this public health crisis. Please use the contact form on this website, message us on Facebook, email, or call (706) 850-0387 to schedule a fitting with us.


  • For in-person appointments, we do require that a mask be worn inside the shop. We will gladly provide you with a disposable mask if you are unable to supply your own. Your fitter will also be wearing a mask at all times.


  • Customers will be served one at a time. Family members or friends with previous exposure to one another are also welcome to come in together.


  • We'll be keeping the door locked during business hours to control foot traffic in the shop, but if we're not already waiting for you when you arrive, call us or use the electronic door bell (which is sanitized after each use.)


  • A number of additional measures have been implemented to avoid the potential for viral exposure and maintain a clean, sanitary environment in the shop:​​

    • Bras and other articles will only be handled by one customer per day. This exceeds the viral lifespan on porous surfaces. As always, you are welcome to browse the styles on the floor, but your fitter will need to pull the bras for you to try.

    • Hangers handled by customers will be switched out after each appointment.

    • Our POS console and credit card reader will be disinfected in your presence.

    • Each of our four fitting rooms will only be used once per day. We will continue to disinfect communal surfaces between clients.

Mobile No-Contact Fitting Service


  • If for any reason you would prefer to remain socially distanced, we can bring bras to you! Please use the contact form on this website, message us on Facebook, email, or call (706) 850-0387 for scheduling and instructions.

  • Travel distance commitments are accepted at the discretion of your fitter, but so far, we have ferried bras to Watkinsville, Bogart, Statham, Arnoldsville, and Danielsville. Please don't hesitate to ask!


  • A mobile fitting consists of a few steps:

  1. You will be ​given a detailed questionnaire to fill out at your convenience. Your answers will help our fitter understand your unique needs, personal tastes, and approximate size range.

  2. Your fitter will send you images of several styles for feedback. This is an informational exercise, and you do not have to make any selections at this point.

  3. At an agreed-upon time, your fitter will deliver an assortment of bra styles for you to try on in your home. They will provide bra fit feedback, help you troubleshoot, and supply alternate sizes or styles as necessary. Fit can be assessed through description & discussion, photos, or video chat; the tools we use are entirely based on your needs and comfort level. We are happy to facilitate whatever works best for you!

  4. Once we hopefully find some great options for you, pay remotely for the bras you want to keep!

Other Contactless Services

  • If you have a special order that you need to pick up, or if you've shopped here before and would like to make a purchase by phone, we're happy to run your merchandise to the car or even deliver directly to your home or workplace in many cases! 

  • Gift cards can also be purchased online or over the phone for future use.


It's exciting to be back in the bra business, but we are very mindful of the fact that it is by no means "business as usual."
